    About Us

    Baker Dental Lab Founded in 1979 by Doug Baker, has grown steadily by attracting clients throughout the United States with a keen interest in providing comprehensive dentistry. An ongoing affiliation with the Dawson Academy, the Pankey Institute, Orthognathic Bioesthetics International (OBI) , and a variety of other post graduate learning centers of dentistry, has led to valued client relationships formed on the basis of mutual education, communication, and a shared vision of excellence in dentistry.

    Our Mission: “To consistently create the highest quality dental restorations while providing exceptional service and technical support” requires that we invest in continuing education for our dentist clients, their staffs, and our entire team. That’s why we continue to bring leaders like Gordon Christensen, John Cranham, DeWitt Wilkerson, and Henry Gremillion to northern Michigan.

    After years of creating esthetic results for anterior implants, we published our first book “Implant Solutions.” The book, designed for both the dental team, and the implant patient, highlights a unique Baker Laboratory technique, the Double A Abutment, now used by implant restorative dentists around the country.
